Making Snowflakes
Once you get the thirds part done, fold it all in half once more
Almost there...
Done!
When you're done, it looks kinda like an ice cream cone, only with points at the top instead of ice cream.
Cut off the points. (it's hard to do this and photograph it at the same time)
Now it's even more ice-cream-cone-looking.
Cut something interesting along the top of the ice cream cone shape (the same edge you just made when you cut the points). This'll be the outside edge of your snowflake.
Here's what I did.
Cut out some shapes from the sides of the "cone". Don't cut all the way through to the other edge, though, or your snowflake will kinda fall apart.
