SLF's Lemur Stuff

Frink!

OK, so I will put SOME images up here... I'm a bit of a lemur fan (if you care) and so have named my SparcStation "lemur". In a fit of self-indulgence, I have decided to play with our new Apple QuickTake 100 and snap some shots of lemur. Note the clever SparcStation 3 architecture and the fluffy pal on top. He's looking for a twinkie...

I found him at the San Francisco Zoo gift shop, much to my surprise. You see, plush (I shudder to say "stuffed") lemurs are quite rare since, quite frankly, not many people really know what a lemur is. Even those who THINK they know what one is are sometimes surprised to find the vast blob of lemur folklore out there. Some people at Duke University study real live lemurs in an attempt to save them from extinction. Stanford University offers an archive of pictures lemurs if you'd like to know what all the fuss is about.

Visit my LemurWare page to see what software I have written for the lemurs.

If you are one who is pestered by tapping on your windows at night, it would be good.
